Pixelarbeiter
Customer Area
During my internship semester, I also supported Pixelarbeiter with internal projects. Hereby, I created a customer area for their website. This serves to visualise their tickets and help communication with the customers. For this, a login system, a form for editing and displaying user data and a ticket system had to be implemented. The ticket system was implemented in such a way that one can create tickets in the customer area as well as send E-mails to a specific address of Pixelarbeiter, which is directly included in the ticket system.
